What You Have Done

door-image

I black out on the roof again.

I can feel you underneath my skin.

The waves around me are crashing.

The memories are lasting.

It will take some time,

for the wounds to heal.

Narrow straight face,

and sex appeal.

Now you see what I have done.

I’ve been lying since the guilt trip.

So I’ve been lying for years.

The thoughts of us are longing.

With the spotlight you are hogging.

Now don’t make this about you,

it’s always got to be about you.

Now you see what you have done.

Remember me
