This transcript follows closely to the termination of the psychological evaluations of five individuals who worked at South Tech labs. All participants in the wake of Project Sacrosanct are under close evaluation by trained professionals. The purpose of releasing these transcripts is to bring to light of the Corruption Cycle to the public and to help build legislation to protect those who suffer from the Corruption Cycle. At no point will these individuals be released into the public until public awareness has been fulfilled. The transcript follows:

The subjects name is Tate Fitzsimmons. He is male and is just about over twenty. Tate is our youngest volunteer to participate in this study. Though his exact stage is unknown it is assumed to be at stage 4. It is now assumed that Tate suffers from a mental condition prior to this study. Minimum of 12 hours. Subjects noticeably lose common sense. Everything is a impulse decision and mental state is erratic. Subjects crave to eat things that doesn’t offer sustenance such as metal or wood and most reasoning is replaced with psychopathic tendencies. The body becomes malnourished as the subject no longer eats to survive. The eyes of the subject are completely pupil. It is evident the pupil is still enlarged but doesn’t take up the entire surface of the eye. The whites and any color of the eye turn black much like the pupil but react differently to light. When asked about what they see, the subjects talk in metaphors and is unable to explain their sight coherently. In order to conduct any research with a stage 4 candidate, security personnel must be present.

Dr: Beckham: This is Doctor Beckham reporting in stead for Dr. Stanton. She is conducting a evaluation and it has been revealed that subject Tate Fitzsimmons has attacked another employee. We are on the way to the lab.

*You can hear several rushing footsteps and distant yelling.*

Person in distance: Tate! Put down the letter opener and let go of ——— don’t make me shoot.

Hostage: Oh god. He’s going to kill me. Tate. Listen to security. Please let me go.

*Doctors rush into the room. It catches Tate off guard and the hostage kicks him and runs back.*

Security: Tate! Put down the letter opener!

*Tate puts it against his neck.*

Tate: There’s no point in continuing. It was good when it lasted.

*Tate begins to put letter opener into his neck. Some people scream. Security guard starts to shake.*

Dr. Beckham: Leg! Shoot him in the leg!

*Handgun discharges*

Tate: Ah! Fuck! Just let me die!

Dr. Beckham: Not on my watch. Get him on the stretcher. Give him a sedative. We need to work on his wounds.

*Doctors work their way back to the operating room.*

Dr. Beckham: How’s he doing?

Nurse: He’s not bleeding if that’s what you want to know

Dr. Beckham: That letter opener is still in his neck. How deep is it?

Nurse: Maybe an inch. Not very far.

Dr. Beckham: And he’s still breathing?

Nurse: Not very hard but he’s stable.

Dr. Beckham: The sedative will do that.

*They enter operating room.*

Dr. Beckham: get him some oxygen, we need to see if that letter opener cut anything open.

Nurse: Doctor…

Dr. Beckham: What? What’s going on?

Nurse: the letter opener isn’t in his neck anymore.

Dr. Beckham: Did someone take it out? We shouldn’t be doing that people. That kind of reckless behavior will endanger the patient.

Nurse: No it. It broke off or something. The edges look like acid melted it

Dr. Beckham: does that mean there’s a piece still in his neck?

Nurse: The wound has closed. Like—.

Dr. Beckham: Like it never happened… what about his bullet wound?

Nurse: No entry or exit point.

Dr. Beckham: What in the Otherside… let’s get a X-ray. This will take some time.

*To recorder*

Dr. Beckham: Tate has shown increased hostility to himself and others. These things are possible because of the Corruption Cycle but Tate has proved time and time again that he was not well from the start. We’ll get an X-ray done. See what’s going on inside and if we need to remove the foreign materials we will. For now, the X-ray will take some time and we will operate if we have to. After that we will see how he reacts under supervision. He’s practically at stage five judging by his eyes and malnourishment. Hopefully we can find the cause so we can begin to synthesize a cure.
